Hatha Yoga & Bodytone Yoga will increase energy levels, stretch tone and reshape the body, calm and relax the mind. Bodytone training will help increases muscle tone and sculpts the body into the shape that you want.
Yoga & Body Tone Classes 2016 / 2017
Now taking bookings for next 10 weeks course. Classes recommence the week of January 16th in The Pillo Hotel Ashbourne.
Fee €120 for the 10 weeks course. Can be paid as deposit €60 at first class and balance of €60 by week 4.

If you join into a class after start date you just pay for balance of classes left in the course.
Yoga mats, Pilates balls & bands are available to use at the class.
For hygiene reasons it is best to have your own yoga mat.
